BUYING A CAT OR KITTEN
Q: How can I buy a Persian cat or kitten from GotTheLook?
A: You can buy a cat or kitten by contacting us by email or phone.  Please be specific on what you are looking for.

Q: Does GotTheLook accept credit cards for payment?
A: No.  We only accept cash, or money orders for payment.

Q: Can I make a partial payment on the Persian cat or kitten I want and take my cat home?
A: No.  We only allow customers to take home their cat or kitten after full payment has been received. However, you can make a partial payment and then take the cat or kitten home after the balance has been paid in full.

Q: If I like a cat or kitten, can GotTheLook hold it until I decide I want it?
A: Yes, only if a deposit of $100 is made.  We will not hold any cat or kitten without a deposit.

Q: Should I buy one or two cats at the same time?
A: It is recommended to buy two cats or kittens at the same time. Cats enjoy each others company as much as they enjoy yours. However, buying one cat is fine if it suits your needs.

Q: I already have another cat or kitten at home.  Will my cat get along with the new one?
A: It will take a while for the new and old cat to get used to each other.  If the two are introduced properly, there should not be a problem.

Q: Do I need certified papers when I purchase a Persian cat or kitten?
A: Only if you plan on breeding the cat or kitten.  If you plan on keeping it for a pet, no papers are necessary.

Q: Do I pay extra if I want the Persian cat or kitten certification papers?
A: Yes, certified papers are an additional cost.  Cost depends on the specific cat or kitten you decide to purchase.

RETURNING A PERSIAN CAT OR KITTEN
Q: Can I return the cat or kitten if it does not get along with my other cat(s)?
A: Yes, you can return the cat or kitten within 30 days of purchase.

Q: Will I receive a refund if I return the cat or kitten?
A: You will receive a partial refund - $100, of the initial deposit on all cats or kittens will be kept and not returned. The balance of the purchase will be refunded via check upon receiving the cat or kitten.
